Valentine’s Day Events | Toronto and Montreal

Written by Alex Wichert on March 5th, 2017

From February 8 – February 14, the University of Toronto – Trek for Teens Club, the Ryerson University – Trek for Teens Club, and Montreal Trek for Teens hosted Valentine’s Day events for homeless youth! Students in Toronto were invited to purchase roses for their friends, family, and significant others while Montreal students bought candy bags for their professors. Trek for Teens would like to thank all participants and volunteers who showed some heart for homeless youth this Valentine’s Day.

What is the Trek for Teens Foundation?

The Toronto Trek for Teens, or T3 for short, is a charitable project set up by youth, for youth. The trek itself consists of a team-oriented race which takes place in downtown Toronto every Spring. Teams of youth ages 13-19 solve problems and find hidden clues, working together to complete the course (much like the Amazing Race). Throughout the day, there are other ongoing festivities at and around Yonge-Dundas Square. Find out more about the Foundation.
